Ease of use

This is much easier to use than trying to set up apps and mirroring to another smart tv. Very convenient I must say. A lot of things need to be improved though. First is the app installed, there’s some delays in the interactive countdown. Some exercises are only in Chinese, it will be helpful if the language can be translated. It’s also difficult to see the exercise movements as my house is really bright and there’s quite a bit of reflection during the daytime. I suggest the teachers to wear brighter coloured outfit high contrast to the dark background. Overall not bad

Suggestions for improvement

Quite a lot of different contents available that are suitable for all family members. But it will be better if search functions can be added. Also we suggest the addition of another filtering option which allows user to sort lessons according to Coach.

Can I try the mirror before purchasing it ?

Yes, you are welcome to visit one of our experience centres in Hong Kong to try the mirror. Experience centres addresses are available here

When will I receive my product ?

Your Mirror will be delivered and installed on the wall or on a cold-rolled steel stand (your choice) by a professional. Delivery time in Hong Kong is 2-7 days. Rest of Asia is 2-5 weeks. Europe and North America 3-7 weeks. Rest of the world 4-8 weeks

Should I do a wall mount or does the mirror come with a stand ?

It is your choice. If you prefer a stand, a HK$1,500 will apply. Your Mirror will be delivered and installed on the wall or on the stand by a professional

Do you provide a warranty ?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty

How much does the subscription to content cost ?

The first 12 months of subscription are included in your purchase. Your KARA Smart Fitness Mirror will automatically update with new content each time you turn it on. There is a large variety of workout programmes for yoga, pilates, HIIT, dance cardio, boxing, absfocus and barre. Every week, new content will be automatically added to your mirror, and there are currently more than 157 classes available.

New classes are added each fortnight across all styles to keep you motivated

What do I need to activate the KARA Smart Mirror?

Each mirror comes with a power supply and quick start guide to help with setup. All you need is a power point close to your mirror location and a strong Wi-Fi connection (at least 15 Mbps)

What is your refund policy?

The KARA Smart Mirror can be returned within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the service. We will refund you the cost of the mirror and only charge you the shipping costs. Of course, faulty mirrors are covered by our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty
